Zirconolite ceramic has been considered as a promising matrix to dispose high-level radioactive waste due to its excellent performance in immobilizing radionuclides. In this work, a series of zirconate solid solutions with stoichiometric Ca1-xLnxZrTi2-xAlxO7 (Ln = La, Nd, Gd, Ho, Yb; x?=?0.1–1) were systematically studied to investigate the radius effect on their phase evolution. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-Ray spectrometry (SEM-EDX) were used to characterize the products. XRD and SEM results show that complete solid solutions of Ln and Al in zirconolite phase for Ca1-xLnxZrTi2-xAlxO7 cannot found. In the Ca1-xLaxZrTi2-xAlxO7 ceramics, single zirconolite phase cannot form, instead of multiple phases, such as zirconolite-2M, zirconia, perovskite and LaTi2Al9O19. In the Nd-Al co-doping ceramics, nearly single zirconolite-2M and zirconolite-3O were found at x?≤?0.6 and 0.8?≤?x?≤?0.9, respectively. The miscibility gap between zirconolite-2M and 3O was found at x?=?0.7. Single zirconolite-2M formed in the Gd-Al, Ho-Al and Yb-Al co-doped ceramics can only be detected in a compositional range of 0.1?≤?x?≤?0.8. Higher incorporation contents in these three series can form an additional phase cubic zirconia which is usually a ceramic waste form for radionuclides. Based on the XRD data, lattice parameters of zirconolite-2M and zirconolite-3O were calculated by Pawley refinement method. The evolution of lattice parameters of zirconolite-2M shows great difference between different lanthanide ions, indicating different substitution mechanisms in the Ln-Al co-doped zirconolite-2M.  相似文献

An ideal oxygen reduction catalyst for use in fuel cells should exhibit both long-term durability and high activity. In this study, to increase the durability of highly loaded platinum- and platinum-nickel alloy catalysts possessing different types of carbon supports, a nitrogen-doped carbon shell was introduced on the catalyst surface through dopamine coating. As the catalyst surfaces were altered following shell formation, the ionomer contents of the catalyst inks were adjusted to optimise the three-phase boundary formation. Single cell tests were then conducted on these inks by applying them in a membrane electrolyte assembly. Furthermore, to confirm the durability of the catalysts under accelerated conditions, the operation was continued for 200 h at 70 °C and at a relative humidity of 100%. Transmission electron microscopy and electrochemical analysis were conducted before and after the durability tests, and the observed phenomena were discussed for catalysts bearing different types of carbon supports.  相似文献

A spray co-precipitation method was developed to efficiently synthesize Nd:YAG nano-powders. The effects of spray speeds and solution concentrations on the crystallization processes of calcined precursors have been studied. The results indicated that the pure phase of YAG could be obtained by three different crystallization processes owing to different homogeneity levels of Y and Al mixing. Pure YAG powder was obtained at 850?°C and the phase purity persisted to 1600?°C. Using the obtained powders, transparent ceramics with the in-line transmittance up to 80.2%@400 nm and 83.1%@1064?nm were fabricated by gel-casting method and hot isostatic pressing sintering. Furthermore, the microstructure and laser properties of the transparent ceramics have been measured. The maximum laser output of 7.015?W has been obtained with an oscillation threshold and a slope efficiency of 0.235?W and 59.4%, respectively.  相似文献

An optimization design method is presented to reduce the undesirable vibrations caused by clearance for planar linkage mechanism. A clearance joint is defined and considered a contact/impact force constraint. Contact and impact force models for the clearance joint are established using a normal contact force model based on Hertz model with energy loss and a tangential friction model based on modified Coulomb model with dynamic friction coefficient, respectively. In view of the clearance joint, dynamic equations and optimization method for a planar four-bar mechanism are then presented as an application example. The optimization aims to minimize the maximum absolute acceleration peaks of the mechanism by determining the link lengths of the planar linkage mechanism. Finally, the optimization design is solved by a generalized reduced gradient algorithm. Results show evident decrease in vibration peaks of the mechanism and obvious reduction in the contact forces in the clearance joint, which contribute to a good performance of planar linkage mechanism systems.  相似文献

肾性贫血药物罗沙司他是在中国本土孵化、率先在中国获批的新药。利用溶液结晶法制备了罗沙司他-烟酰胺共晶(RDXT-N)、罗沙司他-肉桂酰胺共晶(RDXT-C)、罗沙司他-苯甲酰胺共晶(RDXT-B)以及罗沙司他-脯氨酸共晶(RDXT-P)四种共晶,并通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱分析法(1H NMR)来表征四种共晶。对罗沙司他四个共晶的固有溶出速率、溶解度和稳定性等性质进行了研究。固有溶出速率实验表明,在pH 4.5缓冲介质中这四个共晶的溶出速率均快于罗沙司他晶型A,其中罗沙司他-肉桂酰胺共晶的溶出速率最快,接近罗沙司他晶型A的10倍。平衡溶解度实验表明,在纯水中37℃条件下溶解度最大是罗沙司他-脯氨酸共晶,是晶型A的5.3倍。影响因素稳定性实验证明,罗沙司他-肉桂酰胺共晶和罗沙司他-烟酰胺共晶有着良好的湿热稳定性和光稳定性。因此,这些罗沙司他共晶可以为新剂型设计提供选择方案。  相似文献

Although Mg alloy attracts great attention for engineering applications because of high specific strength and low density, low corrosion resistance limits its extensive use. In this study, Mg–Al–Zn–Mn alloy was treated via a laser cladding process to generate a dense and compact laser cladding layer with solid metallurgical bonding on the substrate for improving corrosion resistance, effectively hindering the corrosion pervasion into Mg alloy. The corrosion current density declined from 103 μA/cm2 for Mg alloy to 13 μA/cm2 for the laser cladding layer in NaCl aqueous solution. Moreover, the laser cladding layer was slightly corroded in comparison with Mg alloy in NaCl aqueous solution. Besides, the microhardness of the cladding layer reached a mean value of 170.5 HV, 3.1 times of Mg alloy (56.8 HV) due to the in situ formation of hardening intermetallic phases. Wear resistance of laser cladding layer was also obviously improved. These results demonstrated that the laser cladding layer obviously enhanced anticorrosion property of Mg alloy for engineering applications.  相似文献

Although Mg alloy possesses high specific strength, low density, and good biocompatibility, poor corrosion resistance hinders its further applications. In the present study, an innovative protective layer against corrosion was prepared on the AZ31 Mg alloy via alkali pretreatment followed by vanillic acid treatment. The alkali pretreatment supplied –OH for the AZ31 Mg alloy surface to react with vanillic acid. The vanillic acid treatment played a crucial role in enhancing the corrosion resistance due to the excellent ability to act as a barrier and retard aqueous solution penetration, which effectively isolated the underlying Mg alloy from the corrosive environment. The corrosion current density of alkali and vanillic acid-treated Mg alloy (AZ31V) almost showed two orders of magnitude lower values in comparison with that of the AZ31 Mg alloy, and the corrosion potential of AZ31V Mg alloy increased from −1.41 to −1.25 V. The immersion tests proved that there was no occurrence of severe corrosion. Hence, the alkali pretreatment and vanillic acid treatment may represent a promising method to improve the corrosion resistance of Mg alloy.  相似文献
